Bernie Molchany has been in the utility industry for over 30 years, both as a business leader and as a management consultant. He has extensive experience in financial, customer, and metering operations. He currently participates in the Black & Veatch Knowledge Network (BVKN) as an independent contractor filling the BVMC position of Business Intelligence lead on a Nicor Gas AMI project.
In his current role, Bernie provides leadership over the development, design and implementation of the information flows associated with the project work streams – module deployment; network deployment; asset tracking; billing certification; and AMI operations. Working with both operational and technical experts, Bernie enables the creation of a reporting infrastructure that validates completion of project objectives and ensures timely identification of exceptions.
Having the ability to tap into subject matter experts such as Bernie enables Black & Veatch Management Consulting to nimbly augment and meet client needs with resources that would not typically be available as full time employees.
