Mr. Billinger helps facilitate M&A transactions and project financing critical infrastructure (power, water, telecom, and oil & gas) by advising clients on the technical aspects of the assets underlying those transactions. Mr. Billinger has managed technical, environmental, and market due diligence projects covering over 10 GW of various generation and energy storage assets; over 50,000 circuit miles of transmission and distribution assets.
