Project Management Professional
David Williamson is a specialized Project Management Professional (PMP) who has been in the consulting industry for over 30 years therefore brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. He currently an active members of Black & Veatch Knowledge Network (BVKN). He recently completed a BVKN project coordinator role assignment for the LGEKU OT Cyber Risk Vulnerability Assessment project.
David led this project by coordinating weekly internal team status meetings and ensuring issues and action items were documented accurately by the project business analyst. All technical progress was monitored and tracked using Microsoft Project Online which followed revised delivery methodology. He worked with Project Managers and Project Directors to ensure alignment with project objectives, hosted regular check ins with project personnel addressing any issues that came up and documented everything in weekly status reports to the client and project team.
