President, BV Operations
Jennifer Divito was named president of BV Operations in May 2024. The function comprises a centralized pool of resources and talent serving as the execution engine that keeps the global engineering and construction company running. BV Operations, with more than 8,000 professionals, houses project execution capabilities and resources, and maintains, develops and deploys global resources in support of the work the company performs around the world.
Before assuming the President role, Jennifer managed large complex projects across a wide range of solutions. She has been with Black & Veatch nearly two decades and most recently served as Senior Vice President, Distributed Infrastructure Solutions. Jennifer has a deep understanding of our company, culture, clients, and solutions, and has demonstrated an ability to lead the diverse functions that make up this key area of our business.
Jennifer brings not only a rich background to the role but also keen vision for how BV Operations will continue to work with the market sectors and companywide solutions to build on Black & Veatch’s reputation for execution excellence. She possesses strong experience as an instrumental leader with experience in program management, business operations and project controls.
