Keith resides in Oklahoma and is president of his company, Pipeline Consultants PLLC, a consulting firm specializing in oil & gas pipelines, stations, terminals and related energy facilities. His clients include oil and gas producers, engineering companies, pipeline operators, shop fabricators, pipeline contractors, and law firms. Keith travels the world solving his client’s problems. He obtained a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a master's degree with an emphasis in finance, both from the University of Wyoming, and is a licensed professional engineer in 11 states. He also holds the private, instrument and commercial pilot.
Keith has over 40 years of energy experience, including pipeline operations, detailed engineering and design, project management, planning and development, construction oversight, process safety management program creation and documentation, construction and facility inspection, cost estimating, financial analysis and expert witness. He has worked with natural gas, carbon dioxide, ethane, butane, propane, crude oil, refined products, and a variety of other energy-related products.
On short notice, he was able to complete a BVKN technical due diligence assignment for an oil and gas gathering asset in New Mexico. Keith’s prior work experience in New Mexico and his insights were greatly appreciated by the client.
